How to Care for Your Pieces

Block-Printed Cotton

Wash in cold water on the gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Iron on medium heat if needed. Natural dyes may soften slightly with the first wash — that's normal and part of the character. WASH IN ALIKE COLORS just in case dyes slightly bleed. Avoid direct sunlight when air drying.

Cashmere & Pashmina

Dry clean only for kani and embroidered pieces. Plain cashmere can be hand-washed in cool water with a gentle wool detergent — never wring; press water out, lay flat to dry. Store folded with cedar to deter moths. The bags our blouses come in are the perfect dust bag!

Linen

Cold or warm wash, line dry or low tumble. Iron while slightly damp for the smoothest finish. Linen softens beautifully with age.

Silk Dupioni

Dry clean is safest. If you must wash at home, hand-wash cold, never wring, and air dry away from direct sun.
